About you:
We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years’ experience within Passive Fire Protection and are willing to travel around the UK.

- NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection (or similar)
- CSCS card is beneficial
- SSSTS is beneficial
Pay – up to £60,000p/y + car allowance
The role:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Designer to support construction projects ensuring compliance with the CDM Regulations 2015 and the BSA 2022
About You:
We are looking for individuals with experience delivering Principal Designer services within a consultancy or client-facing environment and who are willing to travel throughout the UK.

- DBS checked
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
- Proven experience acting as a Principal Designer under CDM Regulations 2015
- Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act and UK Building Regulations
- Understanding of fire safety legislation and fire strategy principles
- Willingness to learn within the Construction and Passive Fire Protection sectors
Desirable:
- Membership of IOSH, APS, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, IFE, or similar professional body
- APS Principal Designer Register (IMaPS / CMaPS)
- Experience supporting Building Safety Regulator gateway processes
- Experience facilitating design reviews and multidisciplinary stakeholder coordination

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to lead our Surveying Team, delivering high-quality building surveys, fire safety compliance assessments, and remediation projects across a range of property types.
About You:
We are looking for individuals with strong building surveying experience, fire safety knowledge, and the ability to lead and develop a team while supporting clients through complex compliance requirements.
- Full UK driving licence
- DBS checked
- Degree in Building Surveying (HNC/HND or RICS-accredited equivalent)
- MRICS or MCIOB membership
- Detailed knowledge of Building Regulations, Fire Safety Act, Building Safety Act, and Defective Premises Act
- Experience conducting building surveys and fire safety compliance assessments
- Experience managing remediation projects and contract administration (JCT/NEC)
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
Desirable:
- Experience working within a fire safety, building safety, or consultancy environment
- Knowledge of Approved Document B and fire design review principles
- Experience supporting Golden Thread information management
- Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams
The role:
We are seeking an experienced surveyor to undertake site inspections relating to passive fire protection such as fire stopping, cavity barriers, fire doors, fire dampers, and drywalls. This work must then be accurately logged using mobile software.
