Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Global HSE Group (“the Promoter”), registered in England.

2. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to attendees of the Healthcare Estates 2025 event aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Global HSE Group, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  • To enter, participants must complete a form during the event period and post in the box.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Closing Date

  • The prize draw opens at 09:00am on Tuesday 21st October 2025 and closes at 16:00 on Wednesday 22nd October.
  • Entries received after this time will not be included.

5. Prize

  • The prize is £250 to be donated to a children’s ward of the winners choice.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by an independent person or automated process.
  • The draw will take place on Wednesday 29th October.
  • The winner will be notified via phone within 3 days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

7. Data Protection

  • By entering the draw, you agree that the Promoter may use the information provided to administer the prize draw and contact you if you are the winner.
  • Your contact details may also be used by Global HSE Group to provide information about its services, unless you indicate that you do not wish to receive such communications.
  • All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available here.
  • Data will not be shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfilment.

8. Publicity

  • The winner’s name and prize may be used for publicity purposes by the Promoter (for example, on social media or the company website), unless the winner requests anonymity.

9. General

  • The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award the prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • The prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
