Bingham, Nottinghamshire—Global HSE Group, a leader in fire safety and building environments, is proud to announce its appointment to the Greener Futures Partnership (GFP) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This three-year system, managed by Pretium Frameworks, is designed to support decarbonisation efforts within the social housing sector.

The GFP was established in 2021 by five of the UK’s most significant housing associations—Abri, Anchor, Home Group, Hyde Group, and Sanctuary—to collectively address the green agenda. Together, these associations manage a combined stock of over 300,000 homes, representing 9% of the total social housing market. The new DPS offers a range of works, services, and supplies related to decarbonisation delivery.

Global HSE Group’s appointment to the DPS will allow it to provide its expertise in several key areas. The company will be featured on the following lots:

  • Lot 13: Training and Education – Sustainable Solutions
  • Lot 15: Emerging Consultants

This appointment is a significant step in the company’s commitment to creating healthier and more sustainable living environments.

Sam Travis-Cavell, CEng, Head of Building Environments at Global HSE Group, commented on the appointment: “Working with the Pretium Greener Futures Partnerships DPS means we can deliver where it matters most—inside homes. This is about more than hitting decarbonisation targets; it’s about lowering bills, improving comfort, and giving residents the healthier living environments they deserve.”

The DPS is designed to complement existing GFP frameworks and provides greater flexibility and access to the latest advancements in the fast-moving decarbonisation landscape. Unlike traditional frameworks, suppliers can join the DPS at any time, with no limit on the number of appointed suppliers.

Jessica John, Director of Pretium Frameworks, stated: “We’re delighted to get this new Dynamic Purchasing System, a first for Pretium, off the ground. We look forward to continuing to work with the GFP partners and have no doubt that the DPS will be just as successful, if not more, than the existing decarbonisation delivery frameworks”.
