Bingham, Nottinghamshire, 26 January 2026 – Global HSE Group, industry-leading fire safety experts specialising in passive fire protection and technical fire consultancy, has promoted Jason Challenger to National Sales Manager.
The promotion strengthens Global’s commercial leadership as the business continues to scale, ensuring clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience while maintaining the standards of workmanship and compliance that underpin Global’s reputation.
Jason joined Global HSE Group last year as Bid Team Manager and Business Development Manager. He will continue to oversee the bid team alongside his new responsibilities as National Sales Manager, ensuring continuity, consistency, and technical rigour across Global’s national sales and tendering activity.
With over two decades of experience in the fire safety sector, Jason brings a strong combination of technical expertise and commercial leadership. He has worked across several leading fire safety organisations and has extensive knowledge of all major Passive Fire Protection systems. Throughout his career, he has driven business growth, led high-performing teams, secured multi-million-pound contracts, and supported the successful delivery of complex projects to the highest standards of compliance and quality.
