Bingham, Nottinghamshire, 9 February 2026 – Global HSE Group, industry-leading fire safety experts specialising in passive fire protection and technical fire consultancy, has announced the appointment of Steve Shillingford as Operations Director, with Steve also joining the executive team.
The appointment strengthens Global’s operational capability as the business continues to grow, ensuring work is delivered safely, consistently, and to the high standards of quality and compliance expected across every project.
Steve brings significant operational leadership experience, having held senior roles including Operations Director and Chief Operating Officer across complex and regulated environments. He has led large, high-performing teams and delivered complex programmes across multiple sectors, with a strong track record of driving operational rigour and improving performance at scale.
