BINGHAM, ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM – August 18, 2025 – Global Technical Services (GTS), a division of Global HSE Group and a leading provider of comprehensive fire safety and technical consultancy, proudly announces the appointment of Begoña Martinez as Façades Technical Consultant. This key hire significantly enhances the company’s specialist façade expertise for its growing division.
Begoña Martinez is a Master Architect, RIBA & ARB chartered and holds a master’s degree in building services engineering, with extensive experience as a Principal Partner, spanning over 16 years in both architecture and building quality control. Her background provides a unique and comprehensive understanding of project delivery across all RIBA stages. Known for her strong attention to detail and knowledge of fire safety compliance, Begoña ensures quality and safety from design through to completion.
Before joining Global Technical Services, Begoña served as a Principal Façade Engineer Consultant at AECOM and Wintech, and a Project Manager at the British Board of Agrément (BBA), focusing on certification and assessment of EWIS and cladding.
