Global HSE Group has confirmed its appointment as an authorised Single Building Assessment (SBA) provider under the Scottish Government’s Cladding Remediation Programme.
This recognition reflects the company’s proven ability to meet the stringent technical and professional competency requirements set out in Section 2.8 of the SBA Specification and the Cladding Remediation Act (Scotland) 2025.

By combining this local expertise with national capacity, Global is helping to address the shortage of qualified fire engineers that has created bottlenecks in the delivery of the SBA programme.
Proven Track Record
The company has extensive experience working as an approved supplier under the Homes England Cladding Remediation Scheme and has successfully supported the remediation of numerous high-risk buildings. This has included complex façade systems, mixed-occupancy properties and sensitive environments where remediation must be carefully managed.
