With a strong focus on flexibility, sustainability and collaborative outcomes, the framework aligns with key legislative requirements, including the Building Safety Act 2022.
Fire safety is a critical component of a comprehensive strategic asset management approach for Registered Providers. Ensuring robust fire safety measures not only protects residents and assets but also underpins the long-term sustainability and compliance of building portfolios.
