Global HSE Group is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Impact Makers category at the upcoming Intersec Awards 2026, recognising the company’s pioneering work in developing the Level 4 Award in Fire Safety Design qualification.
The Intersec Awards are the Middle East’s premier platform celebrating groundbreaking technologies, impactful projects, and extraordinary individuals within the fire, safety, and security industries. The ceremony will take place on 13 January 2026 as part of Intersec 2026, the world’s leading exhibition and conference for security, safety, and fire protection, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 12–14 January 2026, and Global HSE Group will be exhibiting.
Global HSE Group’s shortlisted entry highlights its innovative response to a critical gap in fire safety education. The Level 4 Award in Fire Safety Design was developed to meet the growing demand from clients for comprehensive fire safety training aimed at professionals who possess technical expertise but lack specialist knowledge in fire design.
The course is also being adapted to align with Middle Eastern regulations, including the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code of Practice, marking a significant step in raising regional standards for fire safety education.
