Global HSE Group has won Fire Safety Project of the Year at the Fire and Security Matters Awards 2026 for its Post-Fire Residential Remediation Programme.

The company was also Highly Commended for Fire Safety Installation Company of the Year, recognising the strength of its passive fire protection delivery across the UK.

The project involved the remediation of two residential blocks on the south coast of England following a major fire in July 2023, which destroyed a number of homes and left residents displaced.

Global HSE Group was appointed by the housing association client to provide independent fire safety assurance and deliver the works needed to make the adjoining blocks safe for reoccupation.
