Iain Martin brings over 13 years of dedicated fire engineering experience, with a proven track record of leading diverse fire safety projects and teams. Based in Scotland, Iain’s role will involve leading fire analyses and risk assessments and presenting them to clients and authorities. He is known for his pragmatic approach, ability to improve understanding for all stakeholders, and deliver precise and efficient fire engineering solutions.
His extensive experience includes applying excellent working knowledge of UK-wide fire safety guidance and building regulations to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of compliance and safety. Iain also has strong relationships with the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service, local building control authorities across the UK, and various approved inspectors, which will facilitate smooth project progression and timely approvals.
