Bingham, Nottinghamshire, 4th August 2026 – Global HSE Group has launched a new internal Trainee Development Programme through its Training Academy, creating a structured pathway for the next generation of passive fire professionals.
Developed in response to the growing demand for competent passive fire professionals, the five-month programme combines classroom learning with supervised, practical experience on live sites. The Global Academy created its internal Training Development Programme to provide a clear pathway into the industry.
Over five months, trainees combine structured classroom learning with practical, on-site experience under the guidance of experienced professionals. Regular assessments, mentor feedback and individual development plans are used throughout the programme to track progress and identify areas for further support.
Participants work towards achieving ABBE-approved Level 3 Passive Fire qualifications, recognised by Ofqual, with opportunities to continue their development through Level 4 training. Successful completion of the programme may also provide a route into a career with Global HSE Group.
